Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

Curbside pickup is available for Pick-ups are for those who live locally within the Roanoke Valley of Virginia. Pickups are available upon specific requests and we may approve or deny in our sole discretion the availability of such services. Please leave a comment on the purchasing page to describe where you are located and we will communicate via electronic communications to confer this method of delivery.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Fees

We also offer shipping at the following approximate rates:

UPS Ground Saver       USPS Standard

UPS Ground          Expedited

     $14                      $25

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Please note that all orders have approximately a 2 to 3-week turnaround from the time the order is placed as all orders are made-to-order.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If your order is delayed for any reason while still in our possession, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. Once your item has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays made by the courier.
