Shipping

US domestic shipping

We utilize shipping through various carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others that offer the cheapest and quickest shipping rates and times. This will be calculated upon your order placement. All orders have approximately a 2 to 3-week turnaround from the time the order is placed.

International shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.


Returns

Returns and Exchanges

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We do not accept returns from any items that have custom name personalization or any other specific-personalization items that are unable to be redistributed or sold.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at wewillowworks@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the address given upon request.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail you return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
